Shy Bunny Cupcakes

Ingredients:
Chocolate cupcakes
Chocolate Frosting
White Frosting
Mini Marshmallows
White nonpareils
White Chocolate Bark, melted
Pink Chocolate Bark




Directions:
Melt white and pink chocolate to make the feet, on wax paper. You can draw an oval foot shape on a piece of copy paper and place it under the wax paper if you want the feet to be exactly the same.  Top the cupcake with the Chocolate frosting.  Use a piping bag, put a bit of white frosting on top for the body.  Moisten a mini marshmallow then roll it in nonpareils. Place the marshmallow tail on frosting.  Decorate with Edible grass - available at Easter time. Simply cut edible grass into small pieces and arrange in the frosting.  Add White chocolate feet after they have hardened.
